Questions we hear first

The questions we hear most, with short answers.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free. Send the form, or call or text (941) 529-8250.

How much does a new floor cost?

It depends on the floor, the room size and the subfloor. You get a written quote first.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the size of the job and how much prep the subfloor needs.

Can you install over concrete?

Yes. LVP, laminate and carpet can all go over a slab once it is checked for moisture.

Do condos need sound underlayment?

Many associations require one. Check your building's rules before you pick a floor.

Do you install trim and baseboards?

Yes. Trim work is part of what we do: baseboards, quarter round and transitions.
